The conditions that apply when you buy from creatinovaink.com.
1. About us
This online shop is run by Creatinova INK, a personalization workshop based in Spain. You can find our full details in the Legal Notice. By placing an order you accept these conditions.
2. Products and personalization
- Each product is made to order. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the printed result, depending on your device.
- You are responsible for checking the spelling, dates and details of your personalization before ordering. We print it exactly as entered.
- If you upload an image or text, you confirm you have the right to use it. We may decline orders with content that is offensive, illegal or infringes the rights of others, and refund the amount paid.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are set in euros and include VAT where applicable. Local currency amounts are estimates; the exact total is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is made by card through Stripe, a secure payment platform.
- If a product is shown with an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before producing the order and you may cancel it with a full refund.
4. Order confirmation
The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. You can change or cancel an order within 24 hours, as long as it has not gone into production.
5. Production and shipping
We make your order in 1–2 business days and ship it with the method you choose. Delivery times and conditions are explained in Shipping information.
6. Returns and guarantee
Returns, refunds and defective items are covered in our Returns & refunds policy. All products include the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Spanish consumer law.
7. Intellectual property
The website, its texts, photos and original designs belong to Creatinova INK and may not be copied or used without our permission.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use or care of the products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
9. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and go to the courts of your place of residence.
