What happens if something is not right with your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we will reprint it or refund you at no cost.

Personalized products

Products made with your name, text, image or other personalization are produced specifically for you. In line with EU and Spanish consumer law, these items are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size chosen by the customer.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the problem.
• Once we have checked it, we will reprint and resend the item, or refund the amount paid for it — whichever you prefer.
• You do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to; if we do, we cover the return cost.
• This does not affect your statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity.

Products without personalization

If you buy an item without any personalization, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email, then send the item back unused and in its original condition. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer. We refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the item, using the same payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, the money can take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
