Personalization

How do I personalize my product?

Choose your options on the product page (size, colour, design) and type your name, age or message in the “Personalize it” step. We print exactly what you write.

What should I check before ordering?

Please review the spelling, accents, capital letters and dates of your text before adding it to the cart. Because every piece is made just for you, we print the text exactly as you entered it.

Can you make a design that is not in the shop?

Yes. Send us your idea through the contact page or on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we can make.

Do you make orders for groups, parties or events?

Yes. Many designs come in packs, such as party bags from 1 to 100 units, and we can prepare matching sets for families, teams and events. Contact us for larger quantities.

Sizes and care

How do I choose the right size?

Each clothing product has a size guide with measurements. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

How should I wash my printed garment?

Wash inside out in cold or warm water (up to 30 °C), do not use bleach, avoid the tumble dryer and do not iron directly on the print. This keeps the colours bright for much longer.

Orders and payment

What payment methods do you accept?

You pay securely with credit or debit card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

In which currency will I pay?

Our prices are set in euros. We show you an estimate in your local currency, and the exact amount appears at checkout before you pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not gone into production. Contact us as soon as possible.

How do I know my order is on its way?

We email you when your order is confirmed and again when it ships, with the carrier and tracking number.

Shipping and returns

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping with Correos is free on every order. Express and Priority shipping with UPS or FedEx have an additional cost.

How long will my order take?

We make your order in 1–2 business days. Then Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days depending on the country, Express 3–5 business days and Priority 3 business days. See Shipping information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship from Spain to Europe, the Americas and Asia. Outside the EU, local import duties may apply.

Can I return a personalized product?

Personalized products are made just for you, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we will reprint it or refund you. See our Returns & refunds policy.
