What data we collect
- Order data: name, email, phone, shipping address, the products you buy and your personalization text or images.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Browsing data: basic technical data and, only if you accept them, marketing cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To make and deliver your order and keep you informed about it — performance of the contract.
- To answer your questions — your request and our legitimate interest in helping you.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
- To measure our advertising — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share what is necessary with providers that help us run the shop, under data processing agreements:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Correos, UPS and FedEx — delivery of your order.
- Cloudflare and Supabase — hosting of the website and database.
- Resend — sending order emails.
- Umami — anonymous visit statistics, without cookies.
- Google — advertising measurement, only if you accept marketing cookies.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer is covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for as long as needed to manage your order and then for the periods required by tax and commercial law (generally up to six years). Messages are kept while we are handling your request. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to creatinovaink@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
